Innovative Eco-friendly Trimming Products
GOMET S.C. Marek Konecka, Janusz Konecka, Agnieszka Konecka, Beata Konecka is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds titled: “Innovative Eco-friendly Trimming Products”.
The aim of the project is to develop new, eco-friendly (biodegradable/compostable) trimming products with special purposes (increased mechanical strength, washing resistance, and reduced flammability).
To achieve this, the raw material base will be changed – yarns made from non-biodegradable synthetic materials will be replaced with eco-friendly yarns: natural and synthetic from natural raw materials. The new eco-friendly trimming products with special properties will have industrial applications (cords, tapes, workwear elements) as well as consumer applications (clothing, footwear, furniture, mattresses).
The project will conclude with the implementation of new products with the best properties.
